Wedding day at the lyons farmette in Colorado



Georgie and Jacob chose one of my absolute favorite venues to get married at in colorado. From the incredible getting ready cabin for the ladies, to the campers for the guys to get ready at. This venue has some of the best (in my opinion) spots to hold your ceremony, dinner and party for any time of the year.

Getting Ready

Gorgie and Jacobs First look



I love a good first look. They chose to have it in the flower farms at the venue. Their wedding was in the fall so the trees were all turning yellow and the flowers were still just as gorgeous as the summer time. So much light was shining through the meadows and the mountains (and I love seeing a groom cry twice on a wedding day)

Portraits



It was super important for Georgie and Jacob that they had all portraits done before the ceremony so that they could really enjoy cocktail hour with their guests. In between the ceremony we took bridal party portraits and their portraits alone. This also gives you more time on your wedding day to be together and have more alone time together.

The ceremony



Georgie and Jacobs ceremony was one I'll never forget. So intimate and full of love. Under a huge tree with incredible flowers and their closest people around them, and a gorgeous planting ceremony.

Marriage  License signing



After the ceremony the incredible planner gave Georgie and Jacob 20 minutes to sign their license, eat some yummy aps alone and soak in that jut married feeling

Cocktail hour



Yummy drinks, chill vibes and delicious charcuterie boards to snack on?! It cant get much better than that

Dinner

Dinner was absolutely breathtaking. So many candles to light the room. Gorgeous fall flowers and light coming in perfectly. They wanted their dinner to feel intimate long and like everyone was sharing a dinner at their home. Black belly CO is incredible for the couples who want a two hour 4 course incredibly delicious meal that you can guarantee everyone will be talking about for years to come.

First Dance

Georgie and Jacob Shared their first dance outside under the sunset as everyone gathered around. It was so beautiful and intimate.

Late night portraits



Something I love doing, is asking my couples if they want me to pull them for a quick 15 minutes during sunset or a quick 15 minutes during the reception for some fun spicy portraits. These two opted in to late night portraits. After a couple shots in and some dancing they were ready for some fun. This is a great way to get even more fun portraits alone together and take another break together.

Dance party celebration



G+J have incredible taste in music. Bringing early 2000s rap, Rnb and rock into the mix. The guests stayed on the dance floor the entire time and shot gunned beer in between. To finish it off they had an incredible private last dance as the guests lined up for their incredible send off outside.
